While I'm not even halfway through the course, I am really enjoying it. Darya is a likeable, down to earth person who really knows her stuff. The concept is simple, small habits will add up over time, resulting in huge lifestyle changes! Set yourself up for success and you will see positive outcomes, make no effort and you will most likely fail! Weirdly enough, I'm also currently reading James Clear's "Atomic Habits" which is a very similar concept.
